We offer a full range of automated and live-operator options to help you ensure all your patients’ phone calls are handled efficiently and professionally. We operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year including holidays, so your patients are always connected.

Our services can be tailored for small offices with ten or fewer practitioners all the way up to large practices and hospitals with hundreds of staff and on-call providers. We’ll create a solution specifically for your office, whether that involves after-hours phone answering, backup support during office hours, or any combination of services.

Clients who do not require an operator to answer every call can use our pre-screening service to help deliver affordable service. Calls are answered on the first ring by an automated attendant and callers hear your personalized greeting, which can include office hours and other important information to help screen calls before they go to a live operator. Depending on your preferences, callers can choose to speak to an operator, leave voice mail, or use automated phone support options.
