All computer systems and operator stations are connected to uninterrupted power supplies, and our facilities include 100kw generators that can supply power during long-term outages.

Redundant phone providers with backup
We contract for phone services with three different providers and have the ability to reroute traffic as needed. A satellite backup facility handles traffic if landlines are interrupted.
Emergency facilities on standby
We have emergency back-up plans in place to relocate operations if a major disaster threatens one of our facilities.
